It is encouraging to see the developments at PTS since my first visit in 1999. Though with limited resources, PTS keeps and develops a healthy spiritual and academic environment where lessons for life are learnt. PTS is a place where academic excellence, combined with fellowship and commitment to serve in God’s world are lived and taught in theory and practice.

For ten years I have been visiting churches in India and I have met many PTS graduates “in action”. Repeatedly I am impressed by the level of their knowledge - not only about the Word, but also about the practicalities of how to “do church” on an everyday basis. They combine a strong focus on living out the Mission of God (loving God and others and bringing new people into that family of love) with strong administrative and governing skills, creating a safe environment for those entrusted to their loving care. May God bless them and the PTS body as they continue to build new workers for the Kingdom of God!

PTS has a well-trained and capable teaching staff who guide their students into the depths of God’s word with an appreciation for a Reformed and Evangelical theological framework.. Within this context PTS seeks to form godly leaders for the 21st century church in ways that will help them to impact the whole of society with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus. I have been greatly blessed by my visits to PTS and I would highly recommend it as a place of training for Christian ministry.

Presbyterian Theological Seminary, beautifully located in the Himalayan foothills, with onsite accommodation, is a fully accredited Seminary in the Reformed tradition, providing superb Bible based training for pastors, evangelists, and those engaged in women’s and children’s’ ministries. The Presbyterian Church of Australia counts it a privilege to partner with PTS, and to support the Seminary in practical ways.
